The way you typed it:
(1+1+...+1)^100 * 0 * 1 * ... * 7 * 3 + 1
(1+1+...+1)^100 is some big number, then multiplied by 0 gives 0
so (1+1+...+1)^100 * 0 * 1 * ... * 7 * 3 = 0
then 1 is added, so the result is 1
if you meant:
(1+1+...+1)^(100 * 0 * 1 * ... * 7 * 3) + 1
the exponent is zero, so
you have "some positive number" raised to zero, so that part is 1,
then another 1 added gives you a final answer of 2
