I don't see any obvious grouping to help, so try some guesses. You know the roots are in ±1,2,4,8,16 and a little synthetic division yields

g(x) = (x+1)(x^3-8x^2+20x-16)
So try a couple of other possibilities, and when you find the next root, you will have reduce g(x) to a quadratic, which is easy to solve.
