If you add a number to the width, you must subtract that number from

the length.

The perimeter stays the same --

Which one of your answer choices describes that situation?

So..... D . As width increases, length decreases??

Some Rando is correct :)

Thx he is correct

1. B (2,3,5,9)

2. C (4,3,5,7)
3. A (5,10,15,20)
4. D (As the speed increases, the light increases)
5. C (as width decreases,area decreases)

I got 100% but I wouldn’t just go by letters because they change around sometimes.

Mads is 100% correct.

Number 4 is as speed increases, height increases.

Number 5 is as width decreases, area decreases.

Hey Lexi,

I know it was 2 years ago that you wrote this, but I would like to say something! You must have "area" (and/or triangle) instead of "perimeter" in your word problem. For the people whose answer is "As width increases, length decreases," the word problem is "...as width varies and perimeter stays the same[?]" There is also a difference in the number of questions as well as changes for people who are in Honors and Regular classes ( I have no idea why teachers decide to place more stress on the Honors kids. I repeat, it is no "honor" to receive more questions on a test you already know nothing about).

Make sure to read carefully! Don't want to make a hiccup for other students.

Thank you from 2022,
Shush. I'm a bush!

Yes, D.

Ok so I'm just gonna say this, don't use test answers because the tests switch questions and answers!

Also, for this question, answer choice D is, "as width increases, area increases." Not, "as width increases, length decreases." That is not an answer choice...
