Ms. Sue, you do realise that the people that are posting these answers more than often do post the correct answers, whereas you often do not? When you give students answers, there's a high chance that you're just off by a LONG SHOT. You rarely give correct answers, and thankfully there are other students here to help each other out. County responsibility is now chiefly law enforcement (sheriff and county jail) and registry of deeds and such. However it still exists and the towns and cities have not take over all county responsibilities.
