Answer:D but shouldn't it be, The man will be coming today to lay the carpet in the living.
A should be lie down
B Should be set it down
C One would raise the curtain
D looks fine, but perhaps it would be living ROOM. They might well have come at 9 am this morning, in which case the past tense (came) is appropriate.
