We always hear people say “You should conserve energy! Think of what will happen to the next generation if all our energy resources get depleted!” Is this in contradiction with the Law of Conservation of Energy which states that the total amount of energy in the universe never changes? Defend your answer.

Conservation of energies also means:
- energies are transformed from one form to another. Some are easier to exploit/recuperate than others.
- total energy in universe is constant, but could be out of reach.
