I'm not drwls HOWEVER,
yes there a Dr.Russ but this person doesn't come around Jiskha on a regular basis from what I've seen. So, if Dr.Russ comes along (I've seen posts from Dr.Russ in the past few days if I'm not incorrect) I bet you would get a response with the questions that you have that I can't answer.
