E. No it is not a reflection, unless points D & F are corrected
To be a reflection over the y-axis, the x-coordinate of each point in triangle DFE must be the negative of the x-coordinate of the corresponding point in triangle ABC. In this case, points D and F need to be corrected in order for triangle DFE to be a reflection of triangle ABC over the y-axis.
