I would like to see Ranked Choice Voting implemented because it promotes more diverse and representative democracy by allowing voters to rank their preferred candidates. This system can prevent the spoiler effect and ensures that the winner has broader support from the electorate. However, one drawback is that it may be difficult for some voters to understand how to rank candidates, leading to potential confusion. Additionally, counting ranked choice votes can be more time-consuming and complex compared to traditional voting methods.
I also believe National Holiday Voting can be beneficial as it would make it easier for people to participate in the democratic process without having to worry about missing work or school. This can help increase voter turnout and engagement. However, one potential drawback is that making voting day a holiday may not be financially feasible for all countries, and it may not necessarily solve the underlying issues that prevent certain groups of people from voting.
