Since the first card is a 3 and there are 8 cards total, the probability of picking a 3 first is 1/8.
After picking the 3, there are now only 7 cards left and we want to pick a 5. There is only 1 card that is a 5, so the probability of picking a 5 second is 1/7.
Therefore, the probability of picking a 3 first and then picking a 5 is (1/8) * (1/7) = 1/56.
So the probability is 1/56 or approximately 0.017857.
