el final= end
quedarse= stay
el inicio= beginning

First of all you don't say if you want the verb or the noun.

to start = comenzar/empezar
the start = el comienzo/el principio
the beginning = el comienzo/el principio
to begin = comenzar/empezar
the end = el fin
to end = terminar
to stay = quedarse/permanecer
the stay = la morada/la estancia
