To clarify, in order for two triangles to be similar, at least two angles in one triangle must be congruent to two corresponding angles in the other triangle. Therefore, only two angles need to be the same in a triangle that is similar to another triangle.

In a triangle that is similar to another triangle, all three angles need to be the same. In order for two triangles to be considered similar, all corresponding angles must be congruent. Thus, each angle in one triangle must have an equal measure to its corresponding angle in the other triangle for them to be similar.

The angles in corresponding positions in the two triangles need to have the same measure for them to be similar.
