To dilate a point centered at the origin with a scale factor of 2, we multiply the coordinates of the point by 2.
The coordinates of A' after dilation would be (2 * 3, 2 * 7) = (6, 14).
The coordinates of B' after dilation would be (2 * 4, 2 * 9) = (8, 18).
