The set of angle measures that CANNOT be the angle measures of a triangle is:
1°, 1°, 178°
This cannot be a triangle because the sum of the angles in a triangle is always 180 degrees. In this case, the sum of the angles is 180 degrees but two of the angles are only 1 degree each, leaving only 178 degrees for the third angle, which is not possible.
