That is, x >= -1/3
None of those choices makes any sense, unless it is really
y = 3√6x + 2
in which case you need 6x >= 0, that is x >= 0
#2. Assuming you mean y = 2√(3x+4)-5
then the domain is 3x+4 >= 0, or x >= -4/3
since y(-4/3) = -5, the range is y >= -5
