An image illustrating a physics concept. It shows a Southeast Asian girl at the peak of her swing in the playground. She's depicted at the exact moment she's reached the highest point and is about to start descending. She's outdoors: there's a blue sky with fluffy clouds in the background. The swing she's on is a traditional swing set with two chains connecting to a wooden seat. She looks happy, with her hair flowing in the wind. Please make sure there's no text in the image.

The girl in the picture is at the highest point in swinging and starts to come down. Which statement best describes the changes in energy as she begins to descend?

A. Kinetic and potential energy are decreasing.
B. Kinetic and potential energy are increasing.
B. Potential energy is increasing, and kinetic energy is decreasing.
C. Kinetic energy is increasing, and potential energy is decreasing.

BTW I already did the Quick Check I just want to help yall out.:) the answers to the quick check are

D. Kinetic energy is increasing, and potential energy is decreasing.
A. at the top of the ramp before dropping in
C. The potential energy is increasing at point C because the bicyclist is increasing in elevation at that point.
D. If you go down stairs two at a time, then your potential energy relative to the stair is greater. Your kinetic energy will be greater when you land.

Hope this helps yall:)

Can I just say that this was oh so very kind of Carson to post this not even to cheat, but to help others with the test. It's really nice of you to post this for those who needed help with it and not just beg for answers for yourself. I took this test already today, but I can agree that Carson's answers are all correct. So, thanks a lot Carson!

The questions have changed a little

1. Kinetic energy is increasing, and potential energy is decreasing.
2. at the top of the ramp before they begin moving down into the ramp
3. The potential energy is increasing at point C because the bicyclist is increasing in elevation at that point.
4. half way down

number 4 : is half way down

THANKS CARSON

Guys please what is the answer!! to this quickchek I'm overdue so many lessons I just need this 😭😭😭😭😭😭😰πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯

people who say carson is wrong, you can eat ur own words because i got 100 on the quick check, yall just read the answer wrong

potential energy = mg h decreases as h decreases

kinetic energy is increasing as speed increases (1/2) m v^2

carson really pushing p. Thanks a lot

hi and no problems my friends:)

nice job Anonymous

Carson is correct.

and "your nice" thanks. i try to help anyone i can, and I'm glad i could help:):)

Nevermind nevermind I got them all right thanks legit was having a panic attack

Carson is right! I took this for potential energy of a system quick check in connexus. He is right as of now

Yall ion kno what they got going on but carson is 100% correct because i just got a 100 on the Potential Energy Of A System Quick Check and i got a 100 and got all of them right so how about yall quit rushing and actually look at the answers when you click i swear yall act dumb

thank you

thx carson

im also a lot of lessons behind but you get there:)

Carson is right!

dont use the LETTERS do NOT use the a c b d USE the SENTENCES read the answer dont use the LETTERS read the WORDED SENTENCE answer.

Thx Carson I missed on but I misc licked so that’s my fault but u were right

carson is wrong i got a 1/4 my parents will kill me and burry me in my backyard

On the science and language arts format of quick check, the order of the answers changes, so you have to go by the SENTENCE answers, not the letters

Yeah idk what y’all talking about I got 100 off of Carson answers

Carson is correct Don't look at the letters.

thanks mate:)

thx Carson!!!

Carson is right :)

These people hear are lying Carson is a 100% right! Thanks for helping me check my work Carson you seem like a really cool guy.

The letters are wrong but the actual answers are right so DON'T USE THE LETTERS but instead just use the ACTUAL SENTENCE ANSWERS. CARSON IS 100% CORRECT FOR Potential Energy of a System Quick Check Science 8 B Unit 3 Lesson 5.

Maybe the people who are saying Carson is wrong is in 7th grade and not 8th

@ finally some answers is 100%!

@finallysomeanswers 100%!!! tysm!!

Eather way it's good there are still good kids hear.

WHAT IS THE ANSWER!!!!

hi, I'm just here because I didn't really know one of the questions and I only come here if I did not study and don't have time to study but anyways, I just wanted to say to the people who come here to cheat instead of learning how about u give it a try by yourself because this class is really easy if you just take your time and go slow because constant cheating is not the way to do it because think if someone were to ask you a question about any work or subject you have done you would not know what to say or do and some of you say this stuff is useless but it's not they just train your brain to focus and understand things even if the stuff your learning doesn't make sense

Carson is wrong I got a 1/4 tf

carson is wrong i got a 1/4 ....
