why

a) the the iroc for f(x)= 3x is constant?
b) the the iroc for g(x)= x^3 is decreasinf then increasing?
c) the the iroc for h(x)= 3^x is increasing?

no idea what an iroc is

(a) f" = 0 so f' is constant
(b) f" = 6x, so for x>0 f' is decreasing, and so on
(c) f" is always positive, so f' is always increasing
