I will do one of them,

if x = 3,
f(2) = 2(3) + 8
= 4 + 8
= 12

so c = 12

To find the values of a, b, and c for f : {1, 2, 3} --> {a, b, c}, we need to substitute the function f(x) = 2𝑥 + 8 with each value in the domain {1, 2, 3} and find the corresponding values in the co-domain {a, b, c}.

Let's start with the first value 1:
f(1) = 2(1) + 8 = 2 + 8 = 10
So, f(1) corresponds to the value "a".

Next, let's find the value when x = 2:
f(2) = 2(2) + 8 = 4 + 8 = 12
So, f(2) corresponds to the value "b".

Lastly, when x = 3:
f(3) = 2(3) + 8 = 6 + 8 = 14
So, f(3) corresponds to the value "c".

Therefore, the values of a, b, and c are:
a = 10, b = 12, c = 14.
