So take 6 - (-9) and make it

6 + (+9)
or 6 + 9
I recently studied this so I thought I would pitch in to help :)

Or another way to do it.

When removing parentheses, if the sign before the parenthesis is + you leave the signs inside the parentheses as they are.
If the sign in front of the parenthesis is - you change all of the signs inside to the opposite. For example:
6 - (-9 + 15 + 6) = 6 + 9 - 15 - 6 = ?
6 + (-9 + 15 + 6) = 6 - 9 + 15 + 6 = ?

To find the difference between two numbers, you need to subtract the second number from the first number. In this case, the first number is 6 and the second number is -9. Here are the steps to find the difference:

1. Identify the first number: In this case, the first number is 6.
2. Identify the second number: In this case, the second number is -9.
3. Subtract the second number from the first number: To subtract -9 from 6, we can rewrite the equation as 6 + 9. This is because subtracting a negative number is the same as adding its positive value. So, 6 - (-9) is equivalent to 6 + 9.
4. Perform the subtraction: 6 + 9 = 15.

Therefore, the difference between 6 and -9 is 15.
