number of bulls ==== x

number of cows ==== 1.2x
total = 2.2x
percentage of bulls = x/2.2x = 1/2.2 = .4545..
or appr 45.5%

e.g suppose there are 100 bulls, then there would be 120 cows for a
total of 220 cattle
percentage of bulls =100/220 = .4545...
