omg hi

maybe try $12 times 4 because 16 is 4 times 4 I think so maybe $48

well 4 divided by 12 = 3 so 3 times 16 = 48 so yeah idk

Dear Who r y?!?!,

I would be 12 divided by 4 not 4 divided by 12 because that would be
0.33333 and that is not where near to 3.

To set up a proportion to find the cost of 16 oranges, we can use the information provided.

We know that you can buy 4 oranges for $12. We can write this as a ratio:

4 oranges / $12

Now, we want to find the cost of 16 oranges. Let's assume that "x" represents the cost of 16 oranges. So, we have:

16 oranges / x

To set up a proportion, we can equate these two ratios:

4/12 = 16/x

Now, we can cross-multiply to solve for "x":

4x = 12 * 16

Simplifying further:

4x = 192

Finally, we can solve for "x" by dividing both sides of the equation by 4:

x = 192 / 4

x = 48

Therefore, the cost of 16 oranges would be $48.
