What mass of CH3CH3 will contain 18.65 g of carbon?

I'm getting so confused with this Q. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks

the two C atoms have a mass of 2*12 = 24

the six H atoms have a mass of 6*1 = 6
So, the carbon is 24/(24+6) = 4/5 of the mass ...
