I'm confused here. First this is not written correctly. All of the numbers should be whole numbers; i.e., that 36.1 is not right. The left subscript is the atomic number (the number of electrons and the same number of protons), the left superscript is the mass number; i.e., the number of protons + the number of neutrons and the symbol is the element.
