I'm writing a research paper on Islamic mosques and it has to include
- Facts on the art form, including a historical description of how the art form grew.
- A detailed description of the art form itself
- The purpose or use of the art form
- The unique features or design styles that set the form apart
- Where a good example of this art form exists today
- Why this art form interests you
I need help coming up with a hook for this essay and a thesis and outline.
It doesn't have to be a full outline I just need some help getting started

If you have done research and taken notes, you should have reached a conclusion of some kind, especially regarding the last of the six elements that must be included. That idea of yours can be the basis of your thesis statement.

I can't help you write the hook without reading the rest of the paper.
Write the body of the paper before you write the introduction and the conclusion.

I am trying to come up with that as well. I think it would be easier if I wrote my body paragraphs first and then created a thesis. What do you think?
