How can the constitution be amended??

I don't understand?

the constitution provides a amendment may be proposed by congress with two thirds vote from each house. Then it has be ratified by legislature in a three fourths vote by the state conventions. The representatives and the Senate or constitution convention.

Is this ok??

so because some people cheat you think everyone does? Hate to break it to ya but there are some people who actually use this for help and im sure none of them want people telling others not to cheat instead of getting the help they are asking for. Just wanted to clarify this...

No.

How Amendments Are Made

It takes two steps to add an amendment to the Constitution:

"Step 1: Proposal - An amendment can be proposed by either a two-thirds vote in Congress, including both the House of Representatives and the Senate, or a national convention made up of two-thirds of the states. All our current amendments were proposed by Congress.

Step 2: Ratification - Next, the amendment has to be ratified. It can be ratified by either three-fourths of the state legislatures or by state conventions in three-fourths of the states. Only the 21st amendment used the state convention method."

Read it aloud to someone so you catch any errors, such as the need for “an” in front of “amendment.”
