It's either B or D, depending on whether you think it's in normal proportion (B) or slightly out of proportion (D).
Michelangelo made both his David and his Pieta out of proportion for specific reasons.

He had to make Mary's body HUGE in order to support the weight of the marble of Jesus's body. Yet when we look at it, we don't focus on this fact. We focus on the intent of the piece ... the sorrow of the moment.
He made David out of proportion because he knew people would be looking up at it.
I would choose B. To me, he is in proportion, but just sitting down.
Why would you not choose B?
This?

Please re-think.
b a d 100% trust me
Please tell me why you would choose either C or D ... or either of the others.
Unless you tell me your reasoning or give me definitions of terms, I have no idea what your text has taught you.
