ok jazz the first question is not D its A sorry about that and ur secound question is B 0.202mel/x = 7.98L/7L

0.202/x = 7.98/1

x= 0.202/7.98 =0.025

Correction to the answer by annonymous. It IS carbon dioxide dissolved in water; however, carbon dioxide is a gas and water is a liquid so d is not the answer.

Correction to the second answer by annonymous. Since both 0.202 and 7.98 have three(3) significant figures in them, the answer is allowed to have three; therefore, the answer is 0.0253 M and not 0.025 M.

I'm sorry if I sound picky. I don't mean to sound that way; I'm just trying to make sure no one gets on the wrong track.

yes but 0.025 means 0.0250 or higher so the answer is right.but i see wat ur saying.

I disagree with your assessment. 0.0250 COULD mean 0.0248 and the number has been rounded to 0.0250 in which case 0.0250 would mean 0.0250 or less. I don't buy 0.0250 means 0.0250 or higher. You were correct in picking the correct answer but if 0.0250 AND 0.0253 had been given as possible answers, then 0.0250 would have been incorrect. Of course we both realize that you PROBABLY would have added one more step to determine the last number. Have a good day.
