Aasiah is riding her tricycle up and down the block. It takes her 5 minutes to ride to the end of the block, against the wind, but only 3 minutes to ride back. If it is 300m to the end of the block, how fast would she go with no wind?\

Let

x = her speed with no wind
w = wind speed
Then, since distance = speed * time,
5(x-w) = 300
3(x+w) = 300
Or, dividing by 5 and 3,
x-w = 60
x+w = 100
x = 80 m/min
