A depiction of a math-related scene. Imagine a classroom setting with a chalkboard displaying various fractions and multiplication symbols. The scene includes a diverse mix of students, both male and female, of all descents including Hispanic, East Asian, Middle Eastern, Caucasian and Black. They are keenly observing the chalkboard, with stacks of cookies on their tables - symbolizing the cookie baking problem. On their desks, there are also scales with gallons of water to signify the problem related to the weight of a gallon of water. Note: There should be no visible answers or text in the image.

The first question labelled as A: Do you have as much fruit as you need? Is No. The second question: B: If not, how much more or less fruit do you need? Is 4 ounces more.

22 - Ounces.
23 - The first question:
A: How much money did you spend? Is 102 because 40 + 24 1/2 + 37 1/2 = 102
The second question:
B: How much money did you save? Is $38 because 140 - 102 = 38
The third question:
C: What fraction of the total original price did you save? Is 27 7/50. I will warn you that I am not quite sure about this specific answer so you might want to do it yourself just to check. I don't want anybody to get a bad grade.

23 -
The first question:
A: How many fluid ounces of juice does the teacher bring? Show your work. Is 384 fluid ounces.
Here's the work, and please do it in your own words so you don't get plagerized:

128 fluid ounces = 1 gallon, so all you have to do is multiply 128 by 3.

128 × 3 = ?
2
128
128
+ 128
-----------
384

So she brought 384 fluid ounces.

The second question:
B: Does the teacher have enough juice to give each student a 12-fluid ounce glass of juice? Explain. Is No because the teacher only has enough to give 12-fluid ounce glasses of juice to 32 students, and she has 36 students.

Here's the work, and as I said last time, please use your own words:

384 ÷ 12 = 32

Well I'll check my answer of what I said to give some proof:

12
× 32
------------
24
+ 360
-----------
384

There are the answers for all of you who are using Connexus. I hope you get a good grade on the test. 🤗 and I hope this was helpful!!!

21 and 22 haven't been graded, though I think they're right. So if you want a good grade, i'd suggest you do this yourself.

21: " No you'd need 4 more ounces. If you have 60 ounces and you need 4 pounds. Since there are 16 ounces in one pound, you'd multiply 16 by 4 which is 64, meaning you'd need 4 more.

22: Ounces. Actual gold is measured in ounces, 3-7 actually depends on the amount of gold in the ring. Though rings that fit around the finger are small. Pounds are to big, these are used to measure things like humans weight.
Tons are 2,000 pounds and is used to measure things like whales. So my answer would be ounces.
