Potassium Iodide: no
Sodium Chloride: no
Sucrose: yes
if some are wrong then you can you explina to me how I would know if it is soluble or not
You should look up the solubility of each of these materials in some reference such as Kirk-Othmer's Concise Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology or The Merck Index or The Handbook of Chemistry and Physics by CRC (Chemical Rubber Company). I think all of them are soluble or moderately soluble in ethanol.
