There are in fact three cases.
Case 1: (seemingly obvious case)
EDB
ED=10
DB=3x8
EB=10+3x8=3x+2
Case 2:
EBD
ED=10
DB=3x8
EB=10(3x8)=183x=3(6x)
Case 3:
DEB
ED=10
DB=3x8
EB=3x8  10 = 3x18=3(x6) 👍
