You are working with possessive adjectives:
my... = mon, ma, mes
your (fam.)... = ton, ta, tes
his/her/its... = son, sa, ses
our = ...notre, nos
your (formal, plural) = votre, vos
their = leur, leurs
Now, because they are adjectives, pick the same gender (masculine or feminine) and number (singular or plural) as the adjective(s) modified!
