If the temp of a quanity of gas changes from 100C to 200C will the volume of the gas double if the pressure remains constant?

I know that the volume will increase but i am not sure if it will double or not?

2 answers

  1. Volume is directly proportional to temperature (IN degrees KELVIN) so doubling T will double the volume. Is 100 C to 200 C doubling the Kelvin temperature>

  2. No, it would be 373K to 473K.
so the volume would not double?
