2. Use the template provided and fill in the information for each source in the appropriate row.
3. In the "Reasons for selecting this source" section, explain why you selected each source based on the following factors:
- Who: Identify the author(s) of the source.
- What: Describe the main focus or topic of the source.
- When: Specify the publication date or timeframe of the source.
- Where: State the source's origin or context (e.g., journal, conference).

4. In the first column (vertical), write down the main ideas or themes from each source. Use your own words to summarize the key points from each source, avoiding direct copying.
5. Identify common points or ideas between multiple sources and make notes accordingly. If two or more sources discuss the same main idea or theme, jot down those similarities or points of intersection.
6. Continue filling in the matrix with information for each source, making sure to write a concise summary in your own words for each main idea or theme discussed in the sources.
7. Use the "Reference list (in Harvard format)" section to list the sources you have used in the appropriate citation format (Harvard style). Include the author(s), publication date, title, and any other relevant details.
