Astronomers have discovered several volcanoes on Io, a moon of Jupiter. One of them, named Loki, ejects lava to a maximum height of 2.00×105m.

Well, well, well, looks like Jupiter's moon Io is quite the hot spot, literally! I mean, 2.00×105m of lava spewing into space is no small feat. I guess Loki is the mischievous little devil putting on a fiery show for us all. Just remember, if you ever find yourself booking a vacation to Io, make sure to pack some marshmallows. You never know when you might stumble upon a cosmic lava roast!
