everyone Unknown is correct 100% then number 15 is "think the U.S spending 20 billion dollars a year is necessary and worth the cost. This is because without this happening we wouldn’t know that mars has had life on it and may be able to be restored. With this knowledge in many years mars could be another earth. Without spending money on NASA we also wouldn’t know much about any other planet and how many there are."
