  1. as with all cones, V = 1/3 Bh
    so our cone has volume
    v = 1/3 * 9π * 8 = 24π
    now, I have no idea what a "18 wheeler" jug is, but if its volume is V cm^3, then it will hold V/(24π) cupfuls.
