I'm Dr. Mike Rodic, I work at USCF and is concerned by the behavior of Billie, who claims she/he is a 16 year old girl. According to these messages, she/he is not acting like one and a 16 year old girl would be a little more mature unless she/he is a male but identifies as a girl which in many cases do results in this behavior but many of the results are still pending.
