    Horizontal forces: Let Fh be the tension in the horizontal wire, and Fw be the tension in the long wire .
    Fh-Fw*sin30=0
    Vertical forces:
    .700*g -Fw*cos30=0
    second equation first: Fw=.700*9.8/cos30
    put that into the first equation and solve for Fh
