Hey Markell I got something for you we are not cheating we are proofreading our quiz what are you gonna do to suspend a whole school and plus you are stalking your student which is even worse than copying you should be ashamed and did you just threaten us

But the vast majority of us are just proofreading and checking our answers because you might be good at teaching but the other teachers are not. I did use my text, I did try to understand the best I could. But I also want an A, so I want to check my answers.

Looks like you want all the numbers between -5 and +5

Depending if the end point are included
if they are then : -5 ≤ x ≤ 5
if not, then : -5 < x < 5
You could also have the left end included and the right end excluded,then
-5 ≤ x < 5
or the other option.....
