Consider the congruence statement Δ SUN≅Δ FOG.

A. Identify the congruent sides
B. Identify the congruent angles

If you follow the convention that in a statement such as

Δ SUN≅Δ FOG
the vertices are listed in corresponding order, equal sides and equal angles are easy to find and state..
e.g. side SN = side FG
and angle U = angle O

Would the responses apply vice versa like SN = FG could I do NS = GF?

Yes, that way you also maintain the direction along the line

It will become important later in your math studies when you get to vectors

If you are just concerned about the actual lengths of the lines it would not matter if you said NS = FG or NS = GF

ok thank you so much!

I really need help with my Pre algebra unit 1 lesson 11 test I got most of it but their are still a few questions I'm struggling with help!
