Which of the following rights is NOT included in the Fifth Amendment?

A.
privacy

B.
double jeopardy

C.
trial by jury

D.
due process

apologies for the repost, but I asked this a while ago and did some thinking. the fifth amendment discusses self-incrimination and protecting those from unlawful persecution, thusly protecting ones privacy. so I still think it is c, because I believe trial by jury and indictment of a grand jury are different things. please correct me if im wrong:/ thanks

wait I meant to say I think its a. I found a sentence in my lesson stating that the fifth (and fourth) amendment discusses due process, double jeopardy and trial by jury.

to be honest, I don't think its a but my lesson literally has a sentence of what I said above. I don't know what to pick. ill talk to my teacher regardless

The fifth amendment does not protect privacy. If you killed your wife, you cannot claim privacy, but you can claim self-incrimination priviledge.

I agree by a process of elimination.

I checked each of them and trial by jury is not part of Amendment 5. The others all are one way or another.

Yes, talk to your teacher. Due process, double jeopardy, and trial by jury are all stated in the Fifth Amendment, and even though privacy is implied by other wording, it's not stated. Make sure you talk to your teacher about this.

I see indictment by grand jury but not trial by jury (unless it is implied by the due process provision).

I think privacy is implied by the self incrimination clause.

I think they must be tied together, but this is exactly why dbh needs to talk to his teacher and get this clarified.
