1.

What is the correct classification for the triangle shown below?

A triangle has two angles measuring 68 degrees and 22 degrees.
(1 point)
acute, scalene
acute, isosceles ---
right, scalene
obtuse, scalene

2.
What is the value of x in the triangle?

A triangle has 2 congruent sides. The angle between the congruent sides measures 38 degrees. The other angles have measures of x degrees and 71 degrees.
(1 point)
38°
71°
76° ----
142°

3.
A right isosceles triangle has an angle with measure of 45°. If x represents the measure of the third angle of the triangle, what is x?
(1 point)
30°
45° ---
100°
135°

4.
The angles of an equilateral triangle are congruent. If x represents the measure of one angle of an equilateral triangle, which equation represents the sum of the angle measures of the triangle?
(1 point)
x + x = 90°
x + x + x = 90° ----
x + x = 180°
x + x + x = 180°

5.
A classmate believes that a triangle can have both a right angle and an obtuse angle. Which of the following statements would you use to convince him that he is incorrect?
(1 point)
It is not possible because the sum of the angles in the triangle can’t exceed 180°.
It is not possible because if a triangle has an obtuse triangle, that means all the angles are obtuse angles.
It is not possible because if a triangle has a right triangle, that means all the angles are right angles.
It is possible. The classmate is correct. ----

Ms. Sue, why do you feel the need to bring people down? If they need help and your not here then they'll look for others. You saying that, "Anyone who believes a bunch of letters are the right answers is naive and not very bright.", makes YOU the bully who's not very bright. Maybe your a robot, maybe your not, but if your not, you where a child once weren't you? You did some things like this, and if you say no then it's obvious your lying. I'm not one to give big speeches but like I said when I introduce myself every year on the fist day of school, "I am not a bully, I will not be bullied, and I will not watch others be bullied."

ya thx unknown i got a 100% to

1.C
2.B
3.B
4.C
5.A

Number 4 has been changed so here is right awnsor :D

the Answers are :

1. C. right, scalene
2. B. 71°
3. B. 45°
4. D. x + x + x = 180°
5. A. It is not possible because the sum of the angles in the triangle can’t exceed 180°.

1.

Hey 180 - 68 - 22 = 90 !

2. Same mistake
71 + 71 + 38 = 180
It already said it was an isosceles triangle because two equal sides !

3. Once again 45 + 90 + ? = 180
and you know two angles have to be equal !!

4. OF COURSE the angles of an equilateral triangle are congruent !
Once again the three angles in a triangle HAVE TO ADD TO 180 !!!

5. SAME THING AGAIN
90 + something bigger than 90 = 180
no way

O_O thank u sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
