I would say C because according to the story, the other women took off their chadri and refused to leave, then afterwards they bring Narguess back and confront her for taking off her chadri.

All of the tests are different, I just did mine and was gonna post my answers here. But the tests are different.
I agree with Anonymous, in a portion of the story it reads " Luckily for her one of the talibs guarding the shack came to warn his superiors that we were refusing to leave until she returned. After hesitating for a moment, they pushed outside." In other words if the other women hadn't decided to refuse to leave, then they would have punished her by beating her and pushing her into barbed wire. But it's C.
