I am just slightly confused with two as my textbook states:

"Everywhere, the people were recognized as the only source of governmental authority. In the new United States, government could only be conducted only with the consent on the governed."

I thought this sounded a lot like option B

I believe that 4 is asking about the royal, proprietary, and Charter colonies.
