A cookie recipe calls for 3/4 of a cup of flour and makes one dozen cookies. How many cookies can you make if you have 10 cups of flour and want to use it all?

I said 160 cookies. I used a proportion to solve this but is there another way to solve it?

huh

3/4c=12

one cup= 16 cookies
10 c= 10*16 =160
you ans is right i don't know whether it is another way or your way if it is so let me know will try another one.

The way I did it: 2 1/4 cups of flour. = 3 x 3/4 = 2 1/4

160 cookies is correct.

The actual answer is 11/14

im not an 100% expert in math but to my calculation it is actually 100 cookies if 1 cup=10 cookies.not too bad fr a 13 year old

ur 13 in 7th grAde?

10/(3/4)

10(4/3) = 40/3 = 13 1/3 dozen

160 cookies of corse i was just joking

4 1/2
