Q. The rectangular-shaped doctor's office has an area of 120 square feet and a perimeter of 44 feet. What are the dimensions of this office space?

I'm sorry -- but I have a typo in the perimeter formula.

This is the correct formula.

P = (2 * 10) + (2 * 12)
