I don't like the question. If the chemical composition remains the same then the question MUST be true. I would rather it be said as "In a physical change the chemical composition remains the same." The inclusion of all of that other stuff makes it confusing to me. By the way, it would be a good idea to make your sentences easier to read by using the caps key and the period key.
