Joan is 'y' years old. Her father is 4 times as old as she is and 28 years older than her brother. A-Find in terms of y, the age of Joan's brother. B- If 'y' =12, how old is her brother?

    brother = father-28, so 4y-28

    F=4y
    B=F-28 = 4y-28

    If y=12 => B=4*12-28 =48-28=20
    The brother is 20.
