    The above Eq is valid for all real
    values of X that are equal to or greater
    than 200: X => 200.

    When x = 200 minutes, the cost would be
    $30.

    2. Cost = 30 + 0.1x - 20 = $100
    0.1x = 100-10 = 90
    X = 900 Minutes.
